- Car Show on Cesar Chavez Street – 10:00 am–4:00 pm
- Live Music on Cesar Chavez Street – 11:00 am–6:00 pm (Schedule coming soon!)
The 2026 Cinco de Mayo Button Contest!
As always, the community designs the official button, and we are asking you to submit your designs TODAY! It is a great way to get involved, and there is a cash prize for the winning design!
CINCO DE MAYO
May 1–2, 2026 | St. Paul’s Historic West Side
Celebrate Cinco de Mayo in St. Paul with one of Minnesota’s most vibrant cultural events! The 2026 West Side Cinco de Mayo Celebration honors Mexican heritage and community pride with two days of car shows, live music, authentic food, family fun, and cultural entertainment.
Enjoy delicious dishes from local food vendors, shop crafts and handmade goods, and explore the Kid’s Zone filled with games and activities. Don’t miss the Cinco de Mayo Parade, featuring floats, dancers, and community groups bringing color and culture to Cesar Chavez Street.
Join thousands of visitors for this family-friendly festival in St. Paul, celebrating unity, history, and Latino pride on May 1–2, 2026!
(Car show will be at Harriet Island on May 1st, and again along Cesar Chavez Street for the big celebration on May 2nd!)
